Ongoing calibration of your audio and video paths to ensure continued optimal performance. Includes a status report with action recommendations.
Yearly System-Wide Rebuild
Once per year (Essential tier and above), we perform a complete reset and tuning of the system. We bring your technology back to its peak original specifications.
Post-Production Meetings
Collaborative sessions to review past services, identify areas for improvement, and ensure your A/V team is growing with your ministry.

System Eligibility
Starter is for churches with 100 or fewer members and a small system (up to 16ch / 2 main speakers), or for larger congregations and systems working with a limited budget, by approval. Essential & Standard tiers cover systems up to 32ch and 4 main speakers. Complex digital networks or line-arrays require the Advanced tier for proper coverage and rebuild allocation.
Repair Policy
Subscription covers professional labor for on-site repairs. Hardware components, replacement parts, and manufacturer shipping fees remain the responsibility of the client.

To create member profiles and distribute cards, we simply need a list of active members. Our team handles the generation and digital delivery of cards for your assembly.
